TESCHE TYRES WARRANTY

Tesche Tyres 80000km Warranty

TESCHE TYRES AUSTRALIA

Official Warranty & Consumer Guarantee

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1. 4-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

The 4-Year Manufacturer Warranty is a non-prorated replacement for any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use. This coverage begins from the date of purchase.

Coverage Scope: If a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship occurs, the tyre will be replaced at no charge to the consumer. This does not cover tyres used for racing, competition, or non-intended off-road abuse.

2. 80,000KM MILEAGE WARRANTY (TREAD LIFE GUARANTEE)

This warranty applies specifically to the following TESCHE product lines:

  • TESCHE Ridge Blade X/T
  • TESCHE Ridge Blade X/RT

Note: The TESCHE Ridge Blade X/MT is excluded from mileage guarantees due to its specialized high-void off-road tread compound and intended use.

In the event that eligible tyres do not achieve the guaranteed 80,000km tread life, a pro-rata compensation will be applied down to 25% remaining tread depth.

Mileage Warranty Eligibility Requirements:

  • The owner must present the vehicle to an authorised TESCHE / PDW dealer for rotation and inspection at least every 10,000 kilometres.
  • Maintain clear documentation of the rotation schedule and odometer readings.
  • Regular maintenance of wheel alignment, brakes, and suspension components must be performed.
  • The owner must present the original purchase receipt and the TESCHE Tyre product.

3. CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which the tyres were installed. It is non-transferable and valid only for tyres operated within Australia.

The following are NOT covered:

  • Commercial Use: Tyres fitted to vehicles used for hire, ridesharing (e.g., Uber, Ola), or taxis.
  • Road Hazards: Damage caused by cuts, snags, punctures, or impact breaks.
  • Improper Maintenance: Failure resulting from under-inflation, faulty shock or brakes, overloading, or misalignment.
  • Vandalism/Accidents: Damage from fire, collision, or intentional damage.
  • Ride Complaints: Any vibration or out-of-round complaints reported after the first 0.8mm of tread wear.
  • Improper Fitment: Your tyre size, load and speed rating do not match the tyre specifications outlined in your vehicle owner’s manual.

4. OWNER'S OBLIGATIONS & CLAIMS

To initiate a warranty claim, the tyre must be returned to an authorised TESCHE tyre dealer. The owner is responsible for the following costs:

  • Fitting and balancing services.
  • Costs related to Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
  • Shipping and transportation of the tyre.
  • Any applicable taxes or differences in price for upgraded replacement models

Worn Out Definition: A tyre is legally considered "worn out" in Australia when any part of the tread reaches 1.6mm (2/32”), indicated by the tread wear bars moulded into the grooves.
